RTSO Late payment interest rate

Can anyone confirm or reference where I can find the correct RTSO late payment interest rate.

I am finding conflicting information online.

Because I am looking for the actual official RTSO late payment interest rate as per my question

RTSO is simply a collection of income tax, so the applicable rate would *presumably* be the rate that applies to late payment of income tax unless otherwise specified... what are you seeing that's conflicting??

It’s the lower of the two rates. I’m out and about but from memory it’s .0219% or circa 8% annualised.

From everything I can see the daily interest should be 0.0274% (reduced since June 2009) however Revenue are quoting me 0.0322% as they are saying that whilst some late payment interest rates reduced in June 2009, specificially RTSO late payment interest rate did not reduce.

Revenue are correct. S 128B TCA 1997 refers. Had a case for a client a few years ago where I came across this.
