Request all info on mortgage legal form

I wish to get all the information in the banks possession regarding my mortgage, which is half way through it's 30 year term, from my bank. I was told years ago there is a legal request form I can use to get it. Can anyone point me in the correct direction to obtain a copy of this form?

I'm guessing you mean a Freedom of Information request, and if so the Central Bank have some guidance here. The bank won't have to release all information, if you want to be more specific about the information you're really after we might be able to advise on your chances.

You could use 'subject access request' under GDPR.

However, what are you specifically looking for as the Bank may simply give it to you and they are entitled to ask you what it you want as opposed to shipping a whole load of irrelevant material.
