Replacing Outdoor Oil Boiler

Hi

I currently have a firebird boiler/burner outside my house (not in boiler house).

Does anyone know the rough estimate of replacing this boiler? I have seen that the boiler/burner are approx. 1400 euro.. I was just wondering how much it would be to replace it (installation etc.)

Would really appreciate any guidelines

Sister paid €400 to have a boiler replaced about a year ago. The boiler was in a boiler house if that makes any difference. The guy was in and out in less than a day.

It depends - if its a straight swap out it will be about €400, but if it requires additional work / new location it can be over €1000.

Go to a plumbing merchant - I recommend Plumbfix in Naas and Portlaoise - ask their advice and advice on a good local plumber for the work you want done.
