Does anyone know if a short term let with an agency would be covered under the rent a room scheme? It is difficult to know how many times it would happen. Initially it would be for 1 month but would be hoping it would be extended. I would like to know if it would be covered under the rent-a-room scheme or would I have to pay tax on the income. It is my PPR so they would be sharing with me.
