Hello im new to this forum and i just have a querey if anyone can answer it i would be very greatfull.I had been off work from the 6th November until the 22nd December due to sickness,i had certs until that date,but my employer failed to pay me for christmas hoildays and when i returned to work on the 4th January i was made redundant after 11 years.I was given two weeks notice which is up tommorow and im wondering should i be paid my redundancy tommorow and is it legal for my employer to do that without me been notified before hand ?
