Hello,
I work for an R&D branch of a large multi-national in the Electronics sector.
We were told about a week ago that our office was to be closed with collective redundancies for approx. 35 employees.
We are in the process of putting together a proposal for what we would consider to be a fair package and I would greatly appreciate any specific information that people could provide regarding their experiences.
We would be particularly interested to hear from anyone with experience/knowledge of Microsoft or Intel.
I understand that people may not want to post the info directly on the boards for confidentiality reasons, so if people would prefer to email me, that would be great too. [mccarthjp1 AT yahoo.co.uk ]
We're basically looking for the best case scenario from recent years and hoping to use that as the opening point in discussions...
