Are there any banks that might be more flexible than others in assessing loan applications for unusual applicants?
A very special and particular loan package is available to me from BOI. I'm wondering if any other bank might be able to beat it, either now or in the future as a possibly cheaper restructuring (I'm guessing that already having a loan that's being fully serviced might be more attractive than taking it out in the first place for some banks).
I have talked to Ulster Bank and AIB and I know the answer is no.
Would a smaller bank like KBC have more flexibility to look at one-off applications for applicants with a good case to make? Anyone have any experience of trying smaller banks?
