Hi,
One of our directors has just left. He was from outside Ireland and in order to request a C2 we were asked to get a tax certificate from his country to state that his tax affairs were in order.
We are now going to apply for the C2. Is there any point to request the outgoing director to provide us with his certificate? We need to keep invoice for up to 6 years. Does that apply for Directors?
