Query about Permanent TSB's Clear Tracker 7 Fixed Term Investment

Hi I was thinking of investing in this Permanent TSB scheme over 4.5 yrs.(This is linked to the performance of the EURO STOXX 50). Does anyone have opinions/knowledge of whether this is a worthwhile scheme to invest in? And whether at least your initial investment is safe? thanks a lot
