There are lots of private home care agencies LexLuthor (although not necessarily nursing agencies). One that we used when my mother became old and infirm was "Private Home Care" in Lucan. As I say, there are lots similar to this. They would provide a carer at a certain amount per hour (most of the money went to the carer, with a small portion to the agency). They would cover whatever hours you required (we required some over-nighters and that wasn't a problem). It's expensive if you need carers for many hours, each day of the week, but well worth it if you want your loved one to be looked after at home. If they can't provide professional nursing care, I'm sure they will point you in the right direction.
