I have to say that I haven't thought much about who'll end up where. I still think Joan Burton may end up in Foreign Affairs, although a few commentators yesterday tipped Eamonn Gilmore for that position. She may get the new Ministry for Public Service Reform, if she doesn't get Foreign Affairs. I reckon Richard Bruton in Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, Ruairí Quinn in Education and Michael Noonan in Finance.
