Pervious Concrete

Hi,
I want to concrete over the grass at the side of the drive in the front garden. The garden is sloped so I want to keep some drainage. Would it be sufficient to stick a drainage channel/grating at the sloped end of the concrete.
Or does anybody know if or where permeable concrete is sold in Ireland?I've googled and seen that permeable slabs are sold

Or has anyone used grass paving on their garden?
