Following consultation with various stake-holders, the ISI has today published two new Personal Insolvency Arrangement scenarios on the ISI website.
The main aim for the ISI in developing these two new scenarios was to bring greater clarity and consistency to the PIA/Bankruptcy comparison calculation for the benefit of all stake-holders.

The scenarios are useful as they clearly show how a PIA produces a much better outcome for creditors.
