Pension Discimination

Work for a multinational last 25 years,joined at 20 not left join pension until 25,10 years ago company changed rules to allow new employees join scheme at 21,is this fair or does anyone know who would fight this injustice for us or who to contact?

Not much you can do about it - unless you make representation to the employer yourself. Its up to them to set their own terms and conditions.

You've got 20 years worth of pension - there is no guarantee that someone who joined 10 years ago at 21 will get the 20 years worth. They could turn around and close the pension scheme next year

I suggest you check the definition of pensionable service. Maybe the case that it includes your full service with the company not just service as a member of the scheme.
