Paying tax on ISEQ ETF dividends

Hi,
I've recently received dividends for the ISEQ 20 ETF. This is my first time to do so, when/how do I pay the revenue the tax due on these dividends?

As far as I am aware, 20% tax is deducted before the dividends are paid and that is the end of your tax liability in this regard (note this only applies to ETF dividends). However, one poster expressed some doubt on this point earlier today.

CCOVICH, I presume you mean 20% is the end of one's tax liability with the ISEQ 20 ETF and not ALL ETF dividends?

Yes, sorry for not making that clear. I am not aware of how any other ETF dividends are treated.
