Laya Online GP consultation Laya

I have the Flex 500 Choice plan with Laya. I can see that on hia website under outpatient benefits it says that there are three online GP consultations available (GP Live). I rang Laya and they said that this is not covered under my plan. It is impossible to find on Laya's website which plans have this. Does anyone know which plans would have this cover and whether hia site is incorrect?

Thanks for this but where on the link can you see that? Are you looking at 24h GP line? If so, this is not the same. The line is just to ring up with a question whereas the online consultation is an actual doctor consultation and you can get prescriptions etc.

Sorry, I see now a difference. It seems it's available on my plan Laya Flex 500 Explore but I have to register for it. Ring them again?
