Offices in Dundrum region

I am looking for offices, of about 500-700ft sq. I do not need to be near shops or anything like that, I am simply looking for cheap functional offices. I am currently in Dundrum but would venture a bit south of that.

I have looked at commecrcial lettings on Daft.ie, but nothing caught my eye. Can anybody direct me to another listing?

most estate agents have a commercial section. You'll need to go through them all.........myhome also has a commercial section. Look first at estate agents in the locality you want. Or just ring all the estate agents, tell them what you want and ask them to keep you informed if they get something meeting your specifications. Although I'm not sure if these requests go past the person/local office at which you ask........given they are on commission.

AFAIK Nutgrove office park has units for rent. 5-10 minutes from Dundrum.

What duration would you be signing up for?

We would be signing up for a couple of years I suppose, I am not up to speed on lease duration.
