Am I right in saying tha the 3 and 4 year NTMA savings are subject to early withdrawel penalties if you take them out in between interest payment dates i.e. The interest is added every six months. If you take it out at 5.5 months you get no interest, if you take it out at 6.5 months you will get 6 months interest ? Can't seem to get an answer to this on any website.
