I need some advice from any of the Solicitors online.
I recently obtained an order for possession on behalf of a client Bank. However i then received a letter to the effect that a third party who should have served with a copy of the proceedings was not in fact served. I have not yet applied for an execution order.
Can anyone advise how i can proceed?
