A Tyre & Service depot is refusing to honour a 50 Euro Voucher against a 320 Euro Tyre bill, claiming that the voucher can only be applied against a mechanical service, even though it does not state that on the voucher. It's for my wife's car and she paid the full amount. I felt she was bullied. Owner refused again after I called them back. Who do I contact ?
