We have sold an investment property and are going from approx 660k in mortgage loans to approx a 70k mortgage as we now only have our own house and the investment property paid off the rest.
We are currently with F Active but have heard that NIB at 4.5% offer the best mortgage out there (our ltv will be only 10%) .
Q: Is the NIB rate the best out there for us?
Q:We are going to go for an easy package,is that the best value package they have/how does it compare to others?

NIB offer the lowest mortgage rate in the market, at ECB+0.50%.

They may insist on having an NIB current account. Go for the one with no fees, which I think is called Easy. That's the one I have.
