We got a new tv lately but now have a problem with the sound quality of DVDs. In particular, the voices are separate from the rest of the sounds in the movie and have a definite echo. It seems like the picture (and all background noises) and the voices are completely separate streams. Also, subtitles automatically appeared when we played the movie.
We did have this problem once before with our old tv. We managed to fix it but I can't remember if we changed settings on the DVD player, changed the settings on the TV or did something with the cables. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
