A family member took on an extension and refurbishment of our home, corners were cut, and we now, some months after work has complete, have issues or concerns with the likes of tiles, electrics, drainage/plumbing, and structure 
We would like to have independent professionals look over the work, and we have the details for a RECI certified electrician, but could someone recommend an engineer to check everything else for us? We have been advised to have the structure, drainage, and electrics checked first before worrying about cosmetics like tiles.
