Hi,
I purchased a 2 bed apartment in Sept 07 and am now planning on moving into my boyfriends house. Can anyone tell me how I go about renting out my apartment ie....will I loose my tax relief on the mortgage, will i have to pay tax on the income and also will i be liable for stamp duty as I will no long live in the apartment.
Any advise on this would be a great help.
