Looking for couple of advice on mortgage application
1. If self employed, is it OK to have done in accounts rather than through accountant. Have relative who is accountant and helped me first time and now do myself as small business
2. If get a small credit union loan to pay for wedding and show repayments and the clearing would this be included in showing a savings? As long as cleared before final application.
