Sorry folks not sure if this belong in the Ombudsman section but thought I would post it here as the issue in mediation is loss of tracker.
We have taken our case to the Ombudsman as a result of loosing our tracker when we broke out of a fixed rate early. AIB have rejected our complaint and the Ombudsman has offered mediation. Just wondering did any of you take this offer and did AIB take it up also? and if you did take it up what did it entail?
