Maternity Leave

Im soon to go back to work and i had a meeting with my employer re; starting back and taking my holidays before end of the year. im just wondering am i entitled to bank holidays that fell during the time ive been on maternity leave. my boss was adiment that i wasnt entitled to any. all help appreciated. thanks

As per my HR, employee is entitled to all bank holidays during maternity leave... not sure if its a company policy or a legal rule

It's a statutory entitlement. You are entitled to them.
