I am recently married (Jan this year). My wife is finishing up work in 8 weeks time to take some time off.
I am a bit confused about tax credits. What is the best thing for me to do here in terms of tax assesment (or does it matter in year 1)?
I earn more currently and I am taxed more - and will be until June this year when she finishes, does this make any difference?
