as per another thread i am on the verge of making a cash offer about 30% under their price , their price has gone from the late 300k wise price to now price excess 200k ....they say there is a 200k offer but English buyer wants an extra sliver of land at back of site , i think its rubbish and only came up with this story when i made point of bidding against myself and wanted a discount
How would ye guys approach it or have experiences with lying cheating B*** and the stories they tell ....what time limits should i lay down for a cash offer ....my gut feeling is they will be ecstatic at 180k as he said he'd take 10k cash along with 180k making 190k .....i was thinking 140-150k
