A friend of mine contacted me today about a problem with her LPT.
She owns a property in an unfinished estate which is exempt from LPT.
She has it rented.
She was under the mistaken belief that because the house was in an exempted estate that she had to do nothing.
Now she sees that revenue have her down for arrears for 2013 which is technically correct as she has not paid anything. I gave her certain advise but I would like to hear a few other opinions on what procedures she should follow to regularise the matter.
