hi, where can you get decent parmesan in ireland? colleagues hubby is italian and brings blocks from italy when he goes home. what about aldi or lidl or superquinn or are there specialist italian shops?
If you're looking for just 'decent' then aldi usually has parmesan thats fine. If your big into you cheese then you'd be better off going to a specialist shop or often health food/ organic shops have a good selection of cheeses. If you live in Dublin then try the temple bar market behind the ifi or any other food markets would be a good place look.
