Did you sign up with the Irish Franchise Association? It is usually one of the first places for potential franchisees look at. There are franchise magazines like Franchise Options. There is also a great website for franchise information you like to check it out, www.whichfranchise.ie.
Another way is through franchise consultants or brokers. Someone I have met recently in the BOI startup exhibition from IFMC if you like to contact him. his website is www.ifm-consultants.com.
