Hi,
My tenant reported damp in house that I have let. I carried out some remedial work and thought it was fixed but problem got worse during heavy rain last week. I got a roofer and he has "identified" the problem and has quote me €2.5k to remedy the problem.
Just wondering, would this normally be something that would be covered by insurance?
