Kbc regular saver account..what bank to move to

Hi..Have regular saver account with kbc that have been doing direct debit each month when get paid...

Any recommendations what other financial institution to move this too or what type regular saver products out in irish market ?

Is this true that BOI will be purchasing deposits acs from KBC?
I have a deposit ac with KBC and when I phoned them I was told that I would need to move it as they won't be transferred?
