I would be grateful for any advice if any of you have gone throught the judicial separation process. My husband recenly left some Circuit Court Summonses in an envelope on the kitchen table for me!!
My problem is money..... or more precisely, lack of it! I have no savings, no capital and although I work full time, my salary is completely swallowed up by general day to day living expenses and raising a family.
Is there any legal aid system avalable to people in my predicament?
