Jobseekers Allowance stopped - SW say due to voluntary redundancy

I signed on for JSA from the end of Nov. Now they are stopping it because they say I have taken vol redundancy. I was told I was going to be removed from role but then offered another job 40 miles away lower benefits so I turned it down. Than I was offered an exit package which I accepted. Is this vol redundancy?
 
Doesn't sound very voluntary to me. I know at least 3 people in this situation where they were offerred similar or lesser paid work at re-located premises 40 or so miles away - long commute - busy location. Accepted the redundancy.

Jobseekers Benefit paid, no problems
