Recently I missed my sign-on day. My stupid fault. I explained what happened and was told a decision would be made. I then got a letter out saying my money and Housing Benefit was stopped. I went down to the Benefits Office who told me that I would lose 1 weeks money but after that it would go back to normal (by 2 seperate people). I havent received the 1 week due to me (paid fortnightly). Can anyone tell me why this may be. Im calling in tomorrow but ill not be fobbed off again. I originally waited 6 weeks before I received money. This is getting silly. Please help
