Is there any tax advantage to being married for a couple if both are working?

I know there used to be. Has it been removed?
if not what is the advantage of being married with both halves of a couple earning?

If both are you pay tax at the marginal rate, there is no difference in your annual tax bill if jointly or separately accessed.

If one of you takes unpaid leave or goes on a lower income, there may be an advantage as you can share your tax credits efficiently.
