Looking for a bit of advice. I have a small bay window which is extremely cold. I removed the mdf sill to discover that it was sitting direclty on top of the concrete base of the bay.
I want to put some insulation in between the base and my window sill. I proably have 30mm to play with. I was considering using some insulation board and just sit the mdf on top of that.
If anybody has a better suggestion be glad to hear it
