Can anyone give some advice please. My father who is now terminally ill has asked us his family to carry on the fight he has had for the past 30 years, over disputed property and business. It's a long story but suffice it to say the reason an action hasn't been taken has been due to the stress and cost for my Dad. I have read through the original agreements and it looks like my fathers position is tenuous, the agreement was badly written and my father entrusted a lot of the legal work to the other party. From the documents it looks like his rights may now only be squatters rights. Would anyone know if squatters rights can be inherited. He has been paying rates etc for his part of the property he occupies. Thank you
