I have zero faith in our HR department as I dont believe their answers are guaranteed to be independent and not self serving. (Sorry times have made me very negative.)
But seriously any other pension is with a pension company outside of the employer even if its a copany pension. We should get annual statements confirming that the deductions made from our salaries have actually found their way to the pension company.
WHat is tghe public sector equivalent for this. Its been 7 years and I have never seen any documentation regarding my pension except for the deuction on the pay slip.
Any ideas?
