How long does it generally take to have a decision on an income continuance claim arrived at.? I submitted a claim to the insurance company 3 months ago. I furnished medical reports, p60, pay slips,utility bills, ID, bank details etc as they asked for them. I also attended a medical with the insurance company assessor. I am on half pay from my work and expected the income continuance would cover 25%. But no sign of anything coming back.
