We have the foundations of our house finished and need to make a decision over cavity wall or ICF to move on with the build! Can anyone who lives in an ICF house tell me the downfalls of using such a system aswell as benefits? Did it live up to expectation? How much is it costing to heat & what system did you use?
We are thinking of going with Greener Concepts who use Kore, anyone have dealings with them?
