How to access details of past cases.

I would like to access case notes relating to a particular company - have been approx. 20 cases in the last 10 years that would make for interesting reading. Have been able to get listings an courts.ie - but only shows mention of them in the 'legal diary' and no case details.


How do i get access such information? Is it fully accessable and a matter of public record? Or is it a case that such information can only be accessed via a FOI request?

Have a look on http://www.bailii.org/databases.html#ie some cases are listed here. Other cases are published in reports such as the Irish Reports or The ILRM. Try your local library to see if they have a subscription to them.
