Holidayplus holiday in Cyprus

thinking about a guided holiday in March - either 3rd or 10th. Has anyone been with this crowd & would there be good weather then? Also looking at Travel department for Malta, also in March. Have been with Travel D before but wonder about weather in Malta? Holidayplus seem to have a good itinerary but don't really want to be in winter clothes. Would appreciate some comments.

March will be pure chance if you want good weather in Cyprus, it will be cold at night and i've a funny feeling that Holiday Plus go to the Northern part of Cyprus which is completely different from the Rep Of Cyprus as the north is under Turkish rule. Maybe i'm wrong but ?

Thanks for that. They do & I didn't know there would be a fundamental difference. Think I'll stick with TD as I've been with them before. Thanks for heads up.
