I have just been made redundant after 14 years. I have been given 12 weeks notice which the company does not expect me to work. (not quite gardening leave but along those lines). The thing is I had booked 10 days holiday which falls during the 12 weeks notice and the company has taken this from my accrued holiday. Am I entitled to cancel this holiday thus increasing my accrued holiday?
