Does anyone know of an online service that will disclose past foreign exchange rates with resolution of around a couple minutes?
Most web-based sources only give past daily averages. Some spread betting sites will give historic realtime rates, but it's tedious. It generally requires you to load a proprietary app with a line graph tool, and then mess with parameters and scrollbars to get the graph to show the range of time, and then you need to eye-ball the line to get a figure.
I prefer not to launch a gui app and have to login. Ideally I could enter a currency pair and a timestamp like "2010-10-17@15:35:00" and get back an approximate bid or ask, or something between the two.
