Freeview Options

I have a house in Cavan but there is no cable piped into the development. I don't want to put up a satellite dish either but I've heard about freeview or free-to-air boxes that mount on the side wall and you connect them to a set top box that will give you channels.

Can anybody tell me what/where these are?
