Have 2 premises that generate gross income of 25K for 2009. We are both paye workers with no other income. Have we to fill in form 11 or form 12 & how do we pay the preliminary tax if its a form 12 we have to submit.
I submitted Form 12 and paid tax for years with no problems. Then last year (perhaps because I was due a refund) they insisted on Form 11. I used 11e which is a short from 11 and that was fine.
