Hi,
If someone was a director in a foreign company located oversea's and all the companies activity was overseas but the director was Irish resident (and a Irish tax payer) would he be liable to any income tax or corporation tax in Ireland on profits that the company would make. Assume that no money was remitted to Ireland but left in the foreign company bank account.

If the company has no activity in Ireland and the director has no income from the co. then no Irish liability should arise.
